​Go into a Bunnings store and head to customer services counter. Take I.D. as well as your physical PowerPass card. Bunnings staff will help you allocate a 4 digit PIN to your card using the keypad.

Enter this 4 digit PIN
into the App.

Click complete registration

Up to you if you enable Touch ID

If you want to enter a credit card to use to pay for items via the App follow instructions on App (as below).
